All services are provided based on the package selected and agreed upon with the client.
3.1 Advance Payment: Work proceedings will begin once the advance payment is received. No work will be initiated without payment.
3.2 Non-Refundable: Payments are non-refundable after initial designs or work have been delivered. If you cancel before any work has started, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
3.3 Ownership Transfer: Ownership of content, designs, and deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
3.4 Pricing: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
To ensure timely and successful delivery of services, the client agrees to:
5.1 Revisions: Each package includes a specific number of revisions as mentioned in the package details. Additional revisions may be charged separately.
5.2 Change Requests: Major changes or scope additions after the project has started may be treated as new work and charged accordingly.
6.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the deliverables remain with ClickEmpire Marketing until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership transfers to the client.
6.2 Usage Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3 Third-Party Content: We do not take responsibility for third-party content or assets provided by the client. The client guarantees that they have the rights to use any content provided.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. We will not share your business information, strategies, or data with third parties except as required to deliver the services.
We make no warranties or representations regarding the results of our services. While we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, or rankings. Results depend on market conditions, audience behavior, and budget.
Important: ClickEmpire Marketing does not guarantee sales, leads, or specific rankings. We provide strategies and services based on our expertise, but outcomes may vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickEmpire Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
10.1 By Client: The client may terminate the agreement with a written notice. Any work already completed will be billed, and no refunds will be issued for work done.
10.2 By Us: We may terminate the agreement if the client breaches any terms, fails to provide necessary information, or engages in unethical practices.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, natural disasters, internet outages, or government restrictions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
